Before race day you send a short brief: bib number, division, start window, what you'll be wearing and a photo of your face. Your creator confirms a meeting point near the start so you both know exactly where to be.
Yes. Add the 10 extra photos add-on and we cover your teammate too. Before the race we ask how you want it split: solo focus on you, an even split, or the whole team featured.
Your Creator follows you through the course and covers a minimum of five stations, plus your finish. Which five depends on the venue layout, where your Creator can position themselves and where the light works on the day — so we don't promise specific stations in advance. In practice most athletes get more than the minimum.
Yes. Pay 50% to reserve your spot and the remaining 50% before we deliver your content. Spots are allocated in order of confirmed deposit, so the earlier you put yours down, the better.
We still shoot your whole attempt. Everything you gave that race, you keep.
More than 14 days before your race, full refund. Between 7 and 13 days, 50 percent. Inside 7 days the booking is non-refundable, but you can transfer it to a friend racing the same event or move it to another RaceStory-covered race within six months. If HYROX cancels the event, you get a full refund.
Yes, and with no restrictions — including commercial use with sponsors or brands. Post them, print them, keep them forever. We may also feature your race on our own channels; if you'd rather we didn't, email us and we'll stop. Full detail in our Terms.
Photos within 72 hours and motion clips within one week after the event ends. For multi-day events the clock starts when the whole weekend wraps, so we can shoot during the event and edit properly afterward. Need it faster for a brand deadline? Tell us when you book.
Yes. RaceStory is for athletes aged 18 and over. We don't cover athletes under 18.
