Guaranteed pay

Paid by bank transfer within 7 days of the event. No invoicing the athlete, no waiting around.

Zero collections

We charge the athlete and handle the relationship. Money is never a conversation between you and your subject.

No exclusivity

Take only the assignments that suit you. Keep your own clients, your own work, your own schedule.

Your entry to the event is on us. You walk in ready to work.

Start time, bib, outfit and a photo of the athlete's face, in your hands before they compete. You shoot with intent, not guesswork.

How it works

From booking to payment, in five steps.

    The athlete books

    They pick their event and package and pay RaceStory directly.

  2. 02

    We post the job

    The assignment goes out in the Race Creators WhatsApp group.

  3. 03

    You decide

    If it interests you and the timing works, you claim it. No obligation either way.

  4. 04

    You shoot their race

    You arrive with the athlete's brief and your event access already sorted.

  5. 05

    You deliver and get paid

    Upload everything to the RaceStory Drive folder and receive your payment.

Who we're looking for.

You don't need a studio or years of sports credits. You need to be able to work fast in bad light and come back with frames an athlete will keep.

  • You shoot photo, video, or both, with your own professional gear.
  • You can handle low light, movement and crowds without panicking.
  • You deliver on time. This matters more than anything else on this list — a race can't be reshot.
  • You're comfortable around athletes and respectful of event staff and venue rules.
  • You can commit to a full race day when you claim an assignment.

Based in Mexico City for our first event, but we're building a roster for every city on our calendar. Apply even if your race isn't open yet.
